"""v327 -- deriving the cusp weight 2/3 from a minimal rewrite rule (sharpening v324/v312).

v324 showed the minimal substrate is a fibred product (carrier network x family cusp), but
the cusp weight 2/3 was INJECTED. v312 showed (2/3)^6 is not in the (2,3,5) adjacency
spectrum. This module takes the honest next step: it exhibits a MINIMAL local rewrite rule
whose fixed point supplies the cusp weights AND the recovery rate (2/3)^6 -- so the 2/3 is
DERIVED from the rule's arity {|Z2|, N_fam} = {2, 3} (the anchor atoms), not a free input --
and PROVES (not just observes) that 2/3 cannot be an adjacency eigenvalue.

The minimal rule: a family channel with N_fam = 3 slots, exactly ONE absorbing (the
attractor / w=0 democratic law) and the other |Z2| = 2 surviving (the Z2 sheet pair). The
per-step survival operator is

    M = [[1, 0,   0  ],      eigenvalues {1, 2/3, 0}
         [0, 1/3, 1/3],
         [0, 1/3, 1/3]]

so the dominant survival eigenvalue of the active (non-attractor) block is exactly
2/3 = (N_fam - 1)/N_fam = |Z2|/N_fam, and over the order-6 = 2 N_fam dynamic hand the
recovery rate is (2/3)^6 = the v76/v324 recovery gap.

  [E] 1. MINIMAL REWRITE: the 3-channel / 1-absorbing rule M has spectrum {1, 2/3, 0};
        the recovery survival 2/3 = (N_fam-1)/N_fam = |Z2|/N_fam EMERGES from the rule
        arity (one attractor among N_fam=3, |Z2|=2 surviving) -- not injected.
  [E] 2. RECOVERY RATE DERIVED: over the order-6 = 2 N_fam dynamic hand the rate is
        (2/3)^6 = 64/729 = the recovery gap Delta = 6 ln(3/2) (v76/v324), now derived
        from the rule rather than put in by hand.
  [E] 3. NON-GRAPH-SPECTRAL (proof, sharpening v312): 2/3 is NOT a root of the affine-E8
        characteristic polynomial x(x^2-4)(x^2-1)(x^2-x-1)(x^2+x-1) (exact: p(2/3) != 0),
        so the recovery rate CANNOT be an adjacency eigenvalue -- it is necessarily the
        branching channel (v312's negative, now proven).
  [E] 4. ATTRACTOR: the absorbing state (eigenvalue 1) is the democratic w=0 family law
        (the stationary attractor, v317); the two surviving channels are the Galois pair.
  [O] 5. HONEST RESIDUAL: the rewrite DERIVES the ratio 2/3 from the arity {|Z2|,N_fam}
        = {2,3}; that arity (the anchor atoms) is still the input (P2/v23). So v324's
        injected datum is REDUCED to the anchor arity -- progress, not a from-nothing
        derivation.
  [C] 6. VERDICT: a minimal branching rewrite (3 channels, 1 absorbing) supplies exactly
        the v324 cusp fiber, deriving 2/3 and (2/3)^6 from {2,3}, while the proof shows it
        is not graph-spectral. The substrate is (2,3,5)-adjacency (carrier) x this minimal
        branching rule (family) -- both built from the anchor atoms.

HONEST SCOPE: [E] the rule spectrum + the recovery-rate derivation + the non-graph-spectral
proof; [O] the arity {2,3} is still the anchor input; [C] the substrate reading. Sharpens
v312/v324; not a derivation of the atoms. Python-only (sympy)."""
