"""v133 -- The zeta budget, both routes computed exactly: the reduced
seam route carries pure anchor-ratio anomalies (-2/3 per sector, -4/3
total = minus the SEED GAIN), the naive 4d-scalar route carries -109/45
(no atom reading). The budget computation structurally selects the
reduced seam reading. [I] exact heat-kernel arithmetic + numerical
continuations; route selection typed [P].

Euclidean Nariai is S^2 x S^2 -- the temporal (dS_2) sector continues to
the SAME unit sphere. Both candidate derivation routes for the clock's
determinant budget are therefore exactly computable:

[I] 1. THE REDUCED ROUTE (modulus per 2d sector). Each sector
         carries the v132 operator -Delta - 2 on a unit S^2 with
         zeta(0)|det' = -2/3; the two sectors give
             budget_reduced = -2/3 - 2/3 = -4/3 = -e_1/p_0
-- minus the SEED GAIN, the second anchor ratio of the v119
triad (the first, -2/3, is the per-sector share). The six
zero modes split 3 + 3 across the two spheres: the sheet
doubling of v128/v130 IS the two-sphere structure of
Euclidean Nariai (= the horizon pair, v101).
  [I] 2. THE NAIVE 4D ROUTE (single field on S^2 x S^2). With the
         standard unit-S^2 heat expansion Tr e^{t Delta} = 1/t + 1/3 +
t/15 + O(t^2) (verified numerically to 1e-4 relative) and the
         symmetric split L_4 = (-Delta_1 - 1) + (-Delta_2 - 1), each
         factor trace is 1/t + 4/3 + (9/10)t, so
             a_2(4d) = (4/3)^2 + 2(9/10) = 161/45,
             zero modes: (l1,l2) = (1,0), (0,1): 3 + 3 = 6,
             zeta(0)|det',4d = 161/45 - 6 = -109/45
(numerical continuation agrees to ~1e-8). -109/45 has NO
         anchor-atom reading.
[I/P] 3. ROUTE DISCRIMINATION (the finding). The reduced route's
anomalies are pure anchor ratios (-2/3 and -4/3 -- two of the
three v119 triad values); the naive 4d route's anomaly is
not. The zeta-budget computation therefore structurally
favours the REDUCED seam reading -- consistent with the
         theory's 2d-seam architecture throughout. Typed [P] as
         route-selection evidence, not proof.
  [P] 4. REMAINING: the graviton/ghost shares on S^2 x S^2 (the
         Volkov-Wipf-class computation, external standard) complete
the budget; both scalar-sector shares are now pinned exactly,
so the remaining work is a finite list of known heat
         coefficients.
