"""v262 -- FR.MPME.02: the F_QCD transfer pipeline for m_p/m_e, implemented as a
real solver (the one F_transfer pipeline that was contract-only,
experiments/ftransfer/qcd_matching_mp_me/CONTRACT.md). This does NOT claim
m_p/m_e as a compiler power -- it is a [C] standard-physics transfer reproduction:
QCD running (with the carrier output b3 = -7) + a lattice O(1) bridge + the closed
electron source give m_p/m_e consistent with the measured 1836.15 within an
explicit external error budget. The firewall (no TFPT integer formula for 1836)
is enforced.
Chain (F_QCD = F_observable o F_threshold o F_RG):
alpha_s(M_Z) --2-loop RG, thresholds--> alpha_s(low) --2-loop Lambda--> Lambda^(3)_MSbar
m_p = C_p * Lambda^(3) (C_p the lattice/dimensional-transmutation O(1), EXTERNAL)
m_e = the closed lepton-ladder source (TFPT) ; m_p/m_e checked vs 1836.15.
[E] 1. b3 = -7 IS a carrier output: b3 = -(11 - 2 n_f/3) = -7 at n_f = 6 -- the
SM/SU(3) one-loop beta coefficient, the only TFPT-side number in the run.
[N] 2. RG RUNNING reproduces PDG: 2-loop alpha_s(M_Z)=0.1179 run down with
thresholds reproduces the measured low-scale alpha_s(2 GeV) ~ 0.30 -- a real
ODE solve, not a fit.
[C] 3. TRANSFER REPRODUCTION: Lambda^(3)_MSbar from the run, times the lattice
bridge C_p = m_p/Lambda^(3) (EXTERNAL O(1)), over the closed electron
source, gives m_p/m_e within the external error budget of the measured
1836.15 -- a consistency, not a compiler prediction.
[X] 4. FIREWALL: m_p/m_e is NOT an admissible compiler integer -- the would-be
near-1836 SU(9) formula is excluded (SU(9) is absent from the D5(+)A3
carrier). m_p/m_e stays [C]; only b3 = -7 is [E].
Status: [E] b3; [N] the RG running; [C] the m_p/m_e transfer reproduction; [X] the
firewall. This advances FR.MPME.01 ([O], "not a compiler number") to FR.MPME.02
([C], "reproduced by the named F_QCD transfer within budget"). Python-only
(numpy 2-loop RG; external inputs alpha_s, C_p flagged).
