"""v274 -- SCALE.OVERDET.01: the single mass anchor is OVER-DETERMINED, and the
absence of a derivable absolute scale is a THEOREM, not a gap. This sharpens the
No-Unit theorem (v153): a dimensionless compiler cannot make an absolute scale, but
TFPT determines the ENTIRE spectrum in Planck units, needs exactly ONE dimensionful
anchor (the reduced Planck mass M_bar = the gravitational unit), and that anchor is
over-determined -- two independent routes (Newton's G and the dark-energy scale)
point to the SAME M_bar.
[E] 1. ONE ANCHOR (No-Unit, v153). every dimensionful output is a pure number
times M_bar^d: rho_Lambda/M_bar^4 = (3/4 pi^2) e^{-2 alpha^-1} (v60/v7),
M_scal/M_bar = c3^{7/2} (v7), the whole mass spectrum (in M_bar). The
absolute neutrino scale (v272) and v_geo are the SAME single anchor.
[N] 2. OVER-DETERMINATION (two routes -> one M_bar). Route 1 (gravity):
M_bar = (8 pi G)^{-1/2} = 2.4353e18 GeV from Newton's G. Route 2
(cosmology): inverting the COMPILER prediction rho_Lambda/M_bar^4 =
(3/4 pi^2) e^{-2 alpha^-1} with the measured dark-energy scale
rho_Lambda^{1/4} = 2.24 meV gives M_bar = 2.438e18 GeV. The two agree to
0.11% -- the dark-energy scale and Newton's G are the SAME Planck mass.
[E] 3. THE ANCHOR IS THE GRAVITATIONAL UNIT. M_bar enters as the spectral-action
cutoff = the unit of G. By the No-Unit theorem a dimensionless map cannot
output it; G (equivalently M_bar in kg) is the one measured dimensionful
input of ALL physics (modern SI fixes hbar, c exactly).
[E] 4. WHY NO DEEPER REDUCTION (theorem, not gap). the seam is a conformal
c = 8 chiral CFT (v157/v158) -- scale-invariant by construction, so it
provably has NO intrinsic scale. The scale is gravitational, entering only
through the ambient measure (QG.AMB.01). "No absolute scale derivable" =
conformal seam + No-Unit -- a theorem.
[A] 5. CONCLUSION. TFPT is scale-complete up to ONE over-determined anchor (the
Planck mass); any single measured scale fixes it, and independent
measurements agree. This is the maximal predictivity a dimensionless
compiler can have -- not a missing derivation.
Status: [E] one anchor + the conformal-seam reason; [N] the two-route over-
determination (gravity vs dark energy, 0.11%) -- CONDITIONAL on the Lambda-branch
readout (LAMBDA.BRANCH.01 [C]; red-team rt_F); [A] the re-typing. Sharpens v153/v78
from "v_geo is open" to "the anchor is over-determined and equals the Planck mass".
