"""v326 -- the F_transfer solver suite: the four transfer readouts as ONE runnable
harness, each a gapped relaxation to a unique attractor, with values, uncertainties and
honest typing.

v303 established STRUCTURALLY that the four F_transfer instances share one shape (a
gapped contraction/flow to a unique attractor) and that only F_pole carries the seam
rate exactly. An adversarial review asked to PRODUCTISE that: turn the four (plus the
rare-kaon bridge) into a single solver suite that actually iterates each fixed point,
reports the observable with its uncertainty, and types the rate -- so the frontier is
measurable while the compiler is protected from over-claiming.

Each solver below runs the actual relaxation and reports (attractor, converged, rate
origin, typing):

  [E] 1. F_pole (Koide): a Moebius contraction toward Q* = 2/3 with multiplier exactly
        (2/3)^6 = the seam-clock subleading eigenvalue (v82/v54); |mult|<1 => a unique
        attractor at the SEAM rate. This instance literally runs the main-branch update.
  [C] 2. F_Boltzmann (eta_B): a washout contraction Y_{n+1}=(1-kappa)Y_n+S toward the
        balance Y* = S/kappa = eta_B ~ 6.1e-10; monotone (H-theorem), |1-kappa|<1.  The
        compiler fixes the discrete data (A_Lambda=10, v184/v212); the RATE is thermal.
  [C] 3. F_relic (axion): the misalignment comoving number N = E/omega is the adiabatic
        invariant -- conserved under slow H, so the relic freezes to a constant; seed
        theta_i = 3 pi/5.  A relaxation to a unique (adiabatic) fixed point; cosmological.
  [I] 4. F_QCD (m_p/m_e): the 1-loop RG d alpha/d ln mu = -(b0/2pi) alpha^2 with the
        carrier b0 = 7 (= -b3, asymptotic freedom) flows to the Gaussian UV fixed point;
        Lambda_QCD is the dynamically generated IR scale. b0 from the carrier; flow std.
  [N] 5. F_RareKaon (bridge): BR(K+)=9.45e-11 from the closed CKM point + standard SD
        input, on the NA62 2016-2024 combination (9.6 +1.9/-1.8)e-11 (v202).  External SD.
  [O] 6. SHARED SHAPE: all five are gapped relaxations to a unique attractor; only F_pole
        has the seam rate (2/3)^6 -- the other four share the SHAPE with EXTERNAL rates,
        honestly fenced (v187/v303). The suite makes the frontier measurable WITHOUT
        claiming the external rates as compiler outputs.

HONEST SCOPE: [E] the F_pole seam-rate contraction; [C] the Boltzmann/relic relaxations
(shape, external rates); [I] the QCD RG flow (carrier b0, standard running); [N] the
rare-kaon bridge.  A solver/productisation harness, not a new claim.  Python-only
