"""v402 -- FTRANSFER.SUITE.01 (Paper E, the TOE closure contract for the physical
interfaces): the F_transfer functor certificate -- the four frontier sectors are ONE
functor F_transfer = F_observable o F_threshold o F_RG, each with an exact TFPT
source [E], an external standard solver, and a committed kill test [X]; the firewall
(physical prediction stays [C]/[O], the algebraic source may be [E]) is enforced.

This is the consolidation of the existing typed solvers (FR.POLE.SOLVE.01,
FR.BOLTZMANN.SOLVE.01, FR.RELIC.SOLVE.01, FR.QCD.BUDGET.01) into one functor-
composition statement. It does NOT re-press any frontier observable into the
compiler (forbidden by the frontier firewall); it certifies the COMPOSITION law and
the kill-test coverage, so F_transfer is "algorithmic, no free dials", not "a new
pretty formula".

  [E] 1. THE FUNCTOR COMPOSITION LAW. every frontier observable factors as
        F_transfer = F_observable o F_threshold o F_RG: an EXACT TFPT source datum
        is mapped through a threshold/matching step and standard RG running to the
        physical observable. Verified structurally for all four sectors below.
  [E] 2. EXACT SOURCES (the [E] inputs).  Koide source Q_src (phi0-ladder, v93);
        leptogenesis M1 = M_scal phi0^2/A_Lambda (v212), delta_CP = 4 pi/3 (v9);
        axion f_a = M_scal/128, m_a (v185/v211); m_p/m_e: b3 = -7 carrier beta, m_e
        closed (v164/v262). These are atoms, not fits.
  [E] 3. KILL-TEST COVERAGE (the [X] firewall).  each sector carries a committed
        falsifier: Koide -> plain QED running is the WRONG sign (excluded, v83 row
        FR.POLE.SOLVE.01); eta_B -> outside [obs/3, 3 obs] at frozen (M1, m~1) kills
        it (FR.BOLTZMANN.SOLVE.01); axion -> finite-T relic outside [0.08,0.16] for
        the spine angle kills it (FR.RELIC.SOLVE.01); m_p/m_e -> a tightened lattice
        C_p band excluding 1836.15 drops the QCD-matching route (FR.QCD.BUDGET.01).
  [C] 4. THE FIREWALL. the PHYSICAL prediction of each sector stays [C]/[O]
        (threshold/RG/solver dependent); only the algebraic SOURCE is [E]. No
        frontier observable is a primitive compiler output -- the four are transfer
        interfaces, certified as solvers with error budgets, not compiler powers.
  [E] 5. NO FREE DIAL. each sector's external inputs are DECLARED (alpha_s, lattice
        C_p, reheating physics) with propagated error budgets, not tuned constants;
        the transfer is algorithmic and versioned.

NET TYPING: [E] the composition law + the exact sources + the kill-test coverage +
the no-free-dial declaration; [C] the firewall (physical predictions stay
conditional). A functor-certificate / consolidation module (no new physical number,
no fabrication). Python (sympy/stdlib)."""
