"""v446 -- SEAM.RIGIDITY.CLOCKINV.01: deriving clock-invariance ("transfer in the
commutant") from RP-symmetry, not assuming it -- the close of v445's single residual.

v445 (SEAM.RIGIDITY.FORCING.01) proved the EXACT equivalence "commuting with the
order-4 clock rho=diag(i^n) <=> mu4-block-diagonal", upgrading rigidity from "permit"
to "force". Its single remaining premise was the OPERATOR statement [rho,Lambda_Sigma]=0
on the full L^2 -- i.e. that the physical transfer actually COMMUTES with the clock
(clock-invariance, QGEO.SYM.01). This module shows that commutation is itself a
CONSEQUENCE of a STRUCTURAL symmetry -- the mu4-invariance of the seam RP data (the four
Gauss-Bonnet marks, v216/v323/v335) -- via the OS canonical reconstruction (v54) and the
free modular formula (v258), NOT an independent analytic assumption. So the residual is
reduced one further notch: from "does the transfer lie in the commutant?" (an operator
condition) to "is the RP data mu4-symmetric?" (the marks), which is the input the theory
already argues for.

The verified chain (all on explicit, randomly-sampled finite OS data):

  mu4-symmetric RP covariance ==(OS reconstruction, v54)==> canonical transfer
  Lambda = C(1) C(0)^{-1}  commutes with rho   ==(v445)==>  Lambda mu4-block-diagonal.

  [E] 1. OS RECONSTRUCTION INHERITS THE SYMMETRY. for a mu4-invariant RP covariance
         ([rho,C(t)]=0 for all t), the OS canonical one-step transfer Lambda=C(1)C(0)^{-1}
         (=e^{-h} for the stationary Gaussian/OU process, the transfer FIXED by RP+reflection,
         v54) satisfies [rho,Lambda]=0 -- swept N=4..32 over random block-diagonal h.
  [E] 2. SHARPNESS / NEG CONTROL.  a mu4-BREAKING covariance ([rho,C]!=0) gives
         [rho,Lambda]!=0 -- the inheritance is iff-sharp; symmetry of the RP data is
         NECESSARY, so the conclusion is non-vacuous.
  [E] 3. CONTRACTION / OS-VALIDITY. the reconstructed Lambda is a genuine OS transfer:
         its spectrum lies in (0,1] (a positive contraction) -- the reconstruction is the
         physical canonical transfer, not an arbitrary commuting matrix.
  [E] 4. MODULAR IMPLEMENTATION (Tomita-Takesaki). the free modular Hamiltonian
         K=log((1-C)C^{-1}) (the Dirac-as-covariance formula, v258) of the mu4-invariant
         state satisfies [rho,K]=0 -- so the clock is unitarily implemented and commutes
         with the modular flow; the symmetry-breaking control again gives [rho,K]!=0.
  [C] 5. SYNTHESIS (clock-invariance derived).  [rho,Lambda_Sigma]=0 is therefore a
         CONSEQUENCE of mu4-invariance of the seam RP data (the four marks, v216/v323) via
         the OS canonical reconstruction (v54) + the modular fact (v258), not an extra
         assumption.  Combined with v445 (commute <=> block-diagonal), RP-definability PLUS
         the marks FORCE the block-diagonal Lambda_Sigma.
  [C]/[O] 6. VERDICT. the residual of v445 is reduced from an OPERATOR commutation to the
         STRUCTURAL statement "the seam RP data is mu4-symmetric" (QGEO.SYM.01, the
         Gauss-Bonnet marks); the continuum Tomita-Takesaki implementation on the full L^2
         is the cited backbone. SEAM.RIGIDITY.01/SEAM.EQUIV.01 stays [O].

Python-only (numpy/scipy; the modular log-formula is the exact v258 identity, the order-4
=> index-4 => E8 det facts are Wolfram-mirrored via v89/v281/v422).
