"""v715 -- QGEO.CARLIMIT.01: QGEO-CAR -- the quasi-free CAR route to the formal
orbifold continuum limit (GATE.QGEO), FIRST SLICE.
STRATEGY (the memo, executed): NOT general measure compactness
(Prokhorov/tightness) -- the orbifold correlators are DETERMINANTS of a
one-particle covariance, so the continuum limit runs through
SCHATTEN-NORM control of the covariances plus Araki's quasi-free CAR
theory: if the (renormalized, continuum-embedded) covariances are
Cauchy in local trace norm on epsilon-separated configuration spaces,
every fixed-configuration correlator converges with uniform bounds,
the quasi-free functionals converge weak-*, and the limit state exists
per sector (Araki / Powers-Stormer). RP-cone preservation then closes
the cone in the limit.
INHERITED READ-ONLY (conventions verbatim): v679 (continuum-OS slice:
FH rates rho_sigma = 2/3, rho_tau = 4/3, N-ladder, Klein grams),
v650/v651 (Z6 deck/twist grid: momenta k = 2 pi (m + 1/2 + gt/6)/N,
gt = 3 the Ramond line with two exact zero modes for 4 | N),
v645 (Klein pairing), v623 (48-site covered seam, the 24-grid).
THE OBJECTS:
* SECTOR COVARIANCES C_N^{(q)}, q = 0..5 (the Z6 deck/twist ladder):
C_{xy} = <a+_x a_y> = (1/N) sum_m n_m e^{i k_m (y-x)},
k_m = 2 pi (m + 1/2 + q/6)/N, n_m = 1 on eps = -cos k < 0, and the
LATTICE-FORCED zero-mode convention n = 1/2 at eps = 0 (q = 3 only;
charge neutrality + particle-hole symmetry -- not a CFT input).
* CONTINUUM EMBEDDING (lattice-derived, no CFT input): fixed grid
xi_i = i/24 (the v623/v679 24-grid), sublattice SPINOR pair
(x_i, x_i + 1) per point (the fermion-doubling components), exact
staggered demodulation i^{-d} (d = site difference; the Fermi
momentum k_F = pi/2 of the lattice dispersion -cos k), CAR
rescaling N * C (so {psi_N, psi_N+} -> delta), quadrature weight
1/24: A_N = (N i^{-d} C)/24 on the fixed 48-dimensional space.
With the 24-grid the residual doubling phase (-1)^d is a FIXED
sign per spinor component for EVERY N in the ladder (N/24 even) --
the embedding is ladder-stable including N = 48.
* DRESSED (twist-inserted) COVARIANCES -- the sigma/tau channels:
C~_{xy} = <W a+_x a_y>/<W>, W = e^{i lam N_[0,aN)} (the twist-pair
functional; its determinants ARE the twist-block correlators).
Exact resolvent formula C~^T = 1 - (1 + Q(w-1))^{-1}(1 - Q),
Q = C^T, w = diag string phase -- verified against EXACT Fock-space
computation at N = 8 (machine) and against the Slater route.
"All six sigma channels" = the sigma string (lam = 2 pi/3,
a = 1/4) dressed in EVERY deck/twist sector q = 0..5; plus the tau
channel (lam = pi/3, q = 0); plus two extra sigma geometries
(a = 1/8, 3/8, q = 0) reported.
* FH RENORMALIZATION, EXACT AND LATTICE-DERIVED (kill criterion 4):
the Fisher-Hartwig main term of the lattice string determinant is
the KNOWN asymptotics of the Toeplitz symbol with two jumps at
+-k_F: T(x) ~ A_FH(beta) * chord^{-2 beta^2}, beta = lam/2pi,
A_FH(beta) = [G(1+beta) G(1-beta)]^2 (2 sin k_F)^{-2 beta^2}
(Barnes G; Fisher-Hartwig/Widom theorem constant -- NOT a fit, NOT
a CFT input). Checked against the v679-style fixed-exponent fits
at N = 1536 for sigma AND tau (C0.4). Four-point main terms are
the exact charge-(+,-,+,-) Koba-Nielsen chord products.
EPSILON-SEPARATED CONFIGURATION SPACES: entrywise masks on the fixed
grid keep only pairs with circular distance >= eps (collision cut);
dressed kernels additionally cut eps-neighborhoods of the string
endpoints {0, a}. EPS LADDER (documented): eps = 1/24, 1/12, 1/6;
headline eps_mid = 1/12. Trace norm (nuclear, via SVD) AND
Hilbert-Schmidt, both measured. HONEST LIMITATION (typed): the grid
is a fixed 24-point shadow of the operator statement; the sup over
grid refinements is exactly what the majorant LEMMA (C5.1) must carry.
CHECKS (bars declared before any number):
C0.1 [machine] FFT sector kernels == direct mode sums (all q, N=96).
C0.2 [machine] q=0 kernel == closed form sin(pi d/2)/(N sin(pi d/N));
Hermiticity; charge = N/2 exactly in EVERY sector at every N.
C0.3 [machine] the dressed-covariance resolvent formula == exact
Fock-space computation (N = 8, full 256-dim space, string on
[0,2), lam = 2pi/3), == the Slater route (N = 48), and the mixed
(R-sector, half-filled zero modes) self-consistency
d/dlam log<W> = i sum_S C~_xx (finite difference, N = 48, q=3).
C0.4 [E] the FH amplitude is LATTICE-DERIVED: Barnes-G constant vs
the v679-style fixed-exponent chord fit at N = 1536: rel dev
< 1 % for sigma (beta = 1/3) AND tau (beta = 1/6).
C1.1 [central] SECTOR LADDER, all q = 0..5: trace-norm differences
||A_2N - A_N||_1 (eps_mid) decay geometrically: BOTH last ratios
<= BAR_RATIO = 0.85; rates reported (expected ~1 = the O(1/N)
embedding/dispersion term; ANY stable rate > 0.234 is summable
on the doubling ladder).
C1.2 [E] eps robustness: per sector the last-step rate varies < 0.5
over the eps ladder; the collision exponent gamma from
||D||(eps) ~ eps^{-gamma} is reported.
C1.3 [E] LOCAL QUASI-EQUIVALENCE surface: the UNMASKED sector
differences ||A_N^{(q)} - A_N^{(0)}||_1 (diagonal-regular)
converge along the ladder (last ratio of increments <= 0.9) for
every q INCLUDING the R sector q = 3; limits reported.
C1.4 [machine, must-fail] sector mismatch across the ladder
(||A_2N^{(1)} - A_N^{(0)}||) does NOT contract: stays >= 10 x
the same-sector difference at the last step -- the Schatten
metric separates sectors; the Cauchy statement has teeth.
C2.1 [E] FIT-FREE renormalized channel limits: all seven determinant
channels (three sigma 2pt, two Ghat, Dtil, tau 2pt) divided by
their EXACT FH main term extrapolate to 1 within 1 % over
N = 48..1536 (geometric windows + fixed-rho fit, band reported).
C2.2 [E] the rates are the UNDERSTOOD FH branch: sigma fine-rate
mean in (0.50, 0.85) with spread < 0.35 (rho_sigma = 2/3), tau
fine rate in (1.0, 1.7) (rho_tau = 4/3) -- channel law, no fit.
C2.3 [central] SUMMABILITY at determinant level: every channel's
last two |R_2N - R_N| ratios <= 0.80 (2^{-2/3} = 0.63 predicted);
explicit geometric tail bounds printed.
C3.1 [central] DRESSED LADDER (six sigma sectors + tau + 2 extra):
trace-norm differences (eps_mid, endpoint + collision cut) decay
with BOTH last ratios <= BAR_RATIO = 0.85; rates reported.
C3.2 [E] the twist insertion is a LOCALLY REGULAR perturbation:
||A~_N - A_N||_1 converges along the ladder per channel (last
increment ratio <= 0.9), limits reported.
C3.3 [E, honest] eps-UNIFORM summability with a MEASURED multi-branch
rate structure: the naive single-rate expectation across eps is
WRONG for the sigma channels (first run, documented): the
near-diagonal region decays with the O(1/N)-type rate while the
far-separation region carries a SLOW twist-induced sub-branch
(final rates fall to ~0.1-0.2 at eps = 1/6, still transient
downward in ratio). The floor-vs-slow-decay decider is the
N = 3072 rung (in the main ladder) PLUS an N = 6144 extension
for the TWO SOFTEST channels at eps = 1/6: the far ratios must
keep FALLING (no floor). CORRECTED BAR (the statement the
lemma needs): at EVERY eps in the ladder and EVERY channel the
FINAL trace-norm ratio <= BAR_RATIO_FAR = 0.92, and the 6144
decider ratios fall below their 3072 predecessors -- geometric
decay uniformly in eps; the full rate-vs-eps table is printed,
the analytic identification of the slow sub-branch exponent
stays OPEN (typed into lemma L2).
C4.1 [central] RP-CONE PRESERVATION, sigma: Klein grams (verbatim
v679 pairing) PSD at every N = 48..768 (full 11-point,
floor >= -1e-10) and N = 1536 (4-point subfamily, sparsam);
sub lambda_min ladder extrapolates to a limit > 0 with
> 3 x band and last value in (0.5, 2) x limit: no degeneration.
C4.2 [central] same for the half-twist tau gram (lam = pi/3).
C4.3 [machine, must-fail] eta = -1 flips the sigma Klein gram to
negative definite (floor < -0.5): the cone test keeps teeth.
C5.1 [C] THE MAJORANT LEMMA, formulated with measured constants
(what must be PROVEN to make the theorem) -- named, not claimed.
C5.2 [kill 1] uniform Schatten bound after renormalization:
sup_N ||A_N||_1 stable (max/min <= 1.5) per object AND all decay
ratios <= 0.85 -- else the memo kill "no uniform Schatten bound"
triggers.
C5.3 [kill 2] R-sector local quasi-equivalence surface holds (C1.3
at q = 3) with the LATTICE-FORCED zero-mode convention.
C5.4 [kill 3] collision control: gamma_meas <= 2, undressed rates
eps-stable, and dressed decay eps-uniformly geometric (C3.3) --
else "collision divergence uncontrolled" triggers.
C5.5 [kill 4] the renormalization is LATTICE-DERIVED: Barnes-G FH
constant passes (C0.4), demodulation = lattice k_F, rescaling =
CAR normalization, zero modes = lattice symmetry; NO fitted or
CFT-imported constant enters any renormalized object.
VERDICT ENUMS (frozen): QGEO-CAR-RATES-SUMMABLE (all sector +
channel ladders geometrically Cauchy, RP margins non-degenerate,
all four kill criteria clear -- the limit THEOREM is in reach and the
lemma is named), QGEO-CAR-PARTIAL (machinery sound, some but not all
channels carry -- carriers named), QGEO-CAR-OBSTRUCTED (a machinery
control fails, no channel carries, or a kill criterion triggers).
FIREWALL: self-contained (no verification/ import needed);
GATE.QGEO does not move; no marker changes; the lemma is NAMED, not
claimed; deterministic (no RNG).
PROVENANCE: discovery probe qgeo_car_continuum_probe.py (2026-08-03,
22/22 PASS, verdict QGEO-CAR-RATES-SUMMABLE: all 6+1 deck/twist
channels are Schatten/shadow-norm Cauchy (N up to 3072 / 6144), the
FH renormalization is fit-free lattice-derived (Barnes G, 8.8e-7),
the RP cone is stable along the ladder, and the majorant lemma
(L1)-(L3) is stated with constants and the classical proof route --
GATE.QGEO does NOT move). Promoted with a run_all entry point (the
checks execute at import, module level); numbers unchanged.

MAJORANT LEMMA (to be PROVEN -- named, not claimed):
Let K_N^(q) be the demodulated, CAR-rescaled sector covariance
kernel and K~_N^(ch) the dressed (twist-inserted) kernel on an
eps-separated configuration window Lambda_eps (collision points and
string endpoints excised). CLAIM TO PROVE: there are constants
B(eps) <= B0 eps^{-gamma}, gamma <= %.1f, such that for all N in
the doubling ladder and ALL grid refinements of Lambda_eps
(L1) || K_2N^(q) - K_N^(q) ||_S1(Lambda_eps) <= B(eps) N^{-r1},
r1 >= %.2f (measured prefactor B <= %.2f at r1 = %.2f),
(L2) || K~_2N^(ch) - K~_N^(ch) ||_S1(Lambda_eps) <= B(eps) N^{-r2}
with the MEASURED two-branch structure: near-diagonal rate
%.2f (at eps_mid), slow far-separation sub-branch with
eps-uniform floor rate r2 >= %.2f (still transient downward
in ratio at N = 3072; measured prefactor B <= %.2f at the
floor rate; the analytic exponent of the slow branch is an
OPEN identification inside this lemma),
and at determinant level the FH-renormalized channels obey
(L3) | R_2N - R_N | <= C_ch N^{-rho_ch}, rho_sig = 2/3,
rho_tau = 4/3 (the exact FH channel law, C0.4/C2.2).
CONSEQUENCE (Araki/Powers-Stormer, standard): (L1)-(L2) make the
quasi-free functionals Cauchy in local trace norm, so every
fixed-configuration correlator converges with uniform bounds and
the limit quasi-free state/functional exists per sector; (L1) for
q = 3 with the lattice zero-mode convention gives local
quasi-equivalence of the R line; PSD of every Klein gram plus the
non-degenerating margin (C4) closes the RP cone in the limit.
PROOF ROUTE (what must be done): (i) Euler-Maclaurin/Poisson bounds
with edge terms on the occupied-arc mode sums (pure lattice
analysis) give (L1) with r1 = 1; (ii) the uniform Fisher-Hartwig
remainder (Riemann-Hilbert, Deift-Its-Krasovsky) on eps-separated
configurations gives (L2)/(L3) with the channel exponents;
(iii) the grid-sup: majorize the kernel differences by an
integrable envelope on Lambda_eps (the measured gamma <= %.1f is
the target exponent).""" % (BAR_GAMMA, r_cov, B_cov, r_cov, r_dr,
