r"""v810 -- CARRIER.CUTCODE.01 (+ CARRIER.MOMENT.INCIDENCE.01): the Arf split as the cut classification of K5 + the one-line master moment with the frozen 210 decision, ONE module from two probes (17/17 + 16/16 checks, ~1 s; discovery probes carrier_cutcode_probe.py CUTCODE-EXACT and carrier_moment_incidence_probe.py MOMENT-INCIDENCE-PARTIAL, both 2026-08-06).  PART 1, THE CUT CODE [E neu]: the cut map delta: F2^5 -> F2^10 (edges of K5) is INJECTIVE on C_even(5) and ISOMETRIC (delta(x).delta(y) = x.y mod 2 on all 256 pairs; kernel = the repetition code; control C2: the isometry fails on exactly the 256 odd x odd pairs), with the quadratic identity q*(v) = wt(delta iota v)/2 mod 2 on all 16 words -- so the Arf split 16 = 1 + 5bar + 10 IS the cut classification (0|5) + (1|4) + (2|3) (the five wt-4 words = the elementary vertex cuts, the ten wt-2 words = the duad cuts, both bijections certified); the Clebsch graph SRG(16,5,0,2) (40 edges = |R(D5)|, tfpt_1 Theorem 2) grades over the Arf shells as 40 = 5 + 20 + 15 with forbidden blocks EMPTY, and the within-10 edge graph IS the Petersen graph (full isomorphism census 120 = |S5|); the 240 Gaussian roots / 60 mu4-lines grade 80 + 160 / 20 + 40 over the shells -- typed as Arf/cut grading, explicitly NOT a matter split (ROOTCLASS-MIXED, v775; the 5/20/15 readings are audit fingerprints [C]).  PART 2, THE MASTER MOMENT: the symbolic identity sum_{i<j}(x_i + x_j)^2 - 3 sum x_i^2 = (sum x_i)^2 for ALL 5-vectors gives the one-line derivation Tr_{S+} X^2 = 4|X|^2 = 4 h(E8) = 120 (|X|^2 = 30 = h(E8), Tr_10 = 90, Tr_5bar = 30; the chain 120/3 + 1 = 41 = 10 b1 re-anchored); chi_X(t) = (t+2)^3 (t-3)^2 exact with elementary symmetric values (0, -15, 10, 60, -72) typed audit fingerprints [C] (72 AUDIT-ONLY, no morphism).  THE 210 DECISION (frozen rule, either outcome the deliverable): p4(X) = 210 = C(10,4) stays DECORATIVE -- the equivariant-bijection candidates are KILLED by the exhaustive fixed-point obstruction (both groups S3xS2 and Z2^5:(S3xS2), both indexings: the fixed 4-subset exists, no G-fixed slot does, total equivariant maps = 0), none of the six frozen slot-local weight families reproduces p4, and only the PARTIAL miss-slot map survives (80 type-(1,1,1,1) subsets -> missed slot with uniform fibers 16 = 2^4, exact on the colour slots, deficit 65/65 on the weak slots) plus the Newton tie p4 = 2 e2^2 - 4 e4 (generic symmetric-function algebra, [C] audit).  Controls fire in both parts.  No physics claim, no marker move, NO RH claim.  Python-only per GATE.WOLFRAM.02.

PROVENANCE: discovery probes carrier_cutcode_probe.py (2026-08-06, 17/17, ~0.7 s, CUTCODE-EXACT) + carrier_moment_incidence_probe.py (2026-08-06, 16/16, ~0.4 s, MOMENT-INCIDENCE-PARTIAL); both re-run identically at promotion. Promoted verbatim, part 2 wrapped in a function scope (v789/v795 precedent); the tfpt_constants import resolves against the verification directory (path swap, v795 precedent); module-level _LAST1/_LAST2 verdict captures inserted (v791 precedent); numbers unchanged; run() encodes both patterns (v757 precedent).

Original carrier_cutcode_probe.py docstring (verbatim):
carrier_cutcode_probe -- CARRIER.CUTCODE.01 (K5 round, cut-code
strand): the Arf split 16 = 1 + 5bar + 10 IS the cut classification of
K5, and the Clebsch graph grades over the Arf shells as 40 = 5 + 20 + 15
with the within-10 edge graph the Petersen graph.

THEOREM CANDIDATE (preregistered, frozen BEFORE running). Let
C_even(5) = iota(V) be the 16 even-weight words on the five carrier
slots (the certified parity lift of V = L/(1+i)L, v774 /
arf_spinor_compiler_probe, ARF-SPINOR-EXACT), q* the canonical Arf
refinement (q* = q_wt = wt(iota)/2 mod 2, selector-unique).  Define the
CUT MAP into the K5 edge space

    delta: F2^5 -> F2^10,   delta(x)_{ij} = x_i + x_j   (edges of K5).

STEPS (all exact F2/integer censuses; kill bars frozen):
 S0 q* rebuilt from the certified machinery: brute force over all
     2^16 functions gives exactly 16 quadratic refinements of hbar
     (Gram J - I); the frozen selector (sigma-invariant, q(A) = 1,
     q(F_Sigma) = 0) is unique; q* == q_wt.
 S1 CUT MAP: delta injective on C_even(5) (kernel on F2^5 = the
     repetition code {00000, 11111}); ISOMETRIC for the bilinear form:
     delta(x).delta(y) = x.y mod 2 for ALL 256 pairs of C_even words;
     quadratic identity q*(v) = wt(iota v)/2 = wt(delta iota v)/2
     mod 2 on all 16 words (with wt(delta x) = w(5 - w), w = wt(x)).
 S2  CUT CENSUS: cut weights (0 -> 0; ten wt-2 words -> 6; five wt-4
     words -> 4); the five wt-4 words ARE the elementary (1|4) cuts
     (bijection onto the 5 vertices; delta = star indicator) and the
     ten wt-2 words ARE the (2|3) cuts (bijection onto the 10 duads);
     the Arf split 16 = 1 + 5bar + 10 = the cut classification
     (0|5) + (1|4) + (2|3)  [E neu -- certify].
 S3 CLEBSCH -> PETERSEN SHELLS: the flip-weight-4 relation on the 16
     words is the Clebsch graph SRG(16,5,0,2) (corpus identification:
     tfpt_1_architecture_e8.tex Theorem 2, R_4(C^+) = Clebsch, 40
     edges = |R(D5)|); the 40 edges split EXACTLY over the Arf shells
     as 40 = 5 (0<->5bar) + 20 (5bar<->10) + 15 (within-10), with
     0<->10 and within-5bar EMPTY; the within-10 edge graph IS the
     Petersen graph = Kneser(5,2) (explicit support bijection, SRG
     (10,3,0,1), girth 5, FULL isomorphism census expected 120).
     Number readings typed as AUDIT FINGERPRINTS [C]: 5 = g_car (P2),
     20 = det L (v52/v71/v91), 15 = dim A3 (v91); the partition
     itself [E neu].
 S4  GAUSSIAN GRADING (v752 machinery verbatim, read-only): the 240
     roots (15 classes x 16) and the 60 mu4-lines (J free of order 4,
     v700/v629) grade over the Arf shells of their Gaussian classes:
     240 roots = 80 (5bar shell) + 160 (10 shell), 60 lines = 20 + 40;
     240 = 160 + 80 equals the scheme orthogonality diag(16,160,80)
     of tfpt_1 Theorem 2 (fingerprint). TYPED: this is an Arf/cut
     grading of root classes, explicitly NOT a matter split -- the
     code->matter reading is ROOTCLASS-MIXED (v775), dead at root
     level; nothing here reopens it.

MUST-FAIL CONTROLS (frozen):
 C1 a mutated cut map (entry (0,1) replaced by x_0 alone) breaks the
     quadratic-identity census.
 C2 odd-weight words break the isometry: over all 1024 pairs of
     F2^5, delta(x).delta(y) != x.y exactly on the 16 x 16 = 256
     odd x odd pairs (the correction term is (sum x)(sum y)).
 C3 the wrong edge relation (flip weight 2 = the Clebsch complement
     SRG(16,10,6,6)) does NOT produce the (5, 20, 15) shell split.
 C4 scrambled Clebsch vertices (deterministic transposition of a
     wt-2 word with a wt-4 word) break the 5 + 20 + 15 partition.

KILLS (any one fires => core dead):
 K1  refinement count != 16, selector not unique, or q* != q_wt.
 K2 delta not injective on C_even(5), kernel != repetition code,
     isometry fails in any of the 256 cells, or the quadratic
     identity fails on any word.
 K3  cut census != {0: 1, 6: 10, 4: 5}, or either cut bijection
     ((1|4) <-> 5bar, (2|3) <-> 10) fails.
 K4 Clebsch parameters != SRG(16,5,0,2) or 40 edges, or the shell
     split != (5, 0, 0, 20, 15), or the within-10 graph is not
     Petersen (isomorphism census != 120).
 K5  (grading only, -> PARTIAL not DEAD) root split != 80 + 160,
     line count != 60, lines not class-pure, or line split != 20+40.

VERDICTS (frozen): CUTCODE-EXACT (S0-S4 all green, all controls
fire) / CUTCODE-PARTIAL (S0-S3 green, S4 grading fails) /
CUTCODE-DEAD (any of K1-K4 fires) / TEST-VOID (a must-fail control
does not fire).

HONESTY FENCE: finite exact combinatorics reproducing and extending
corpus objects (v774 Arf geometry, tfpt_1 Theorem 2 Clebsch, v700
lines). No physics claim; the 5/20/15/80/160 readings are audit
fingerprints, not derivations; ROOTCLASS-MIXED (v775) stands.

SETTING.  X = (-2, -2, -2, 3, 3) is the certified primitive traceless

     quartic words are the wt-4 monomials in the 10 gammas of Cl(10),
     paired 2-per-slot). FROZEN CANDIDATE LIST (the decision is the
     deliverable, either way):
     I1  bare numeric: p4 = C(10,4) = 210; Newton tie on the traceless
         locus p4 = 2 e2^2 - 4 e4 = 2*225 - 240 = 210 (generic
         symmetric-function algebra, typed [C] audit, NOT a map).
     I2 EQUIVARIANT BIJECTION candidate: a G-equivariant map from the
         210 quartic basis words onto the 5 slots with fiber sizes
         X_i^4 = (16, 16, 16, 81, 81), for G in {S3 x S2 (the slot

         within-pair gamma swaps, order 384)}, and for BOTH indexings
         (4-subsets of the 10 paired gammas; 4-subsets of E(K5)).
         DECISION by exact census: orbit decomposition, fixed-point
         obstruction (a G-fixed 4-subset must map to a G-fixed slot;
         the slot orbits are {1,2,3} and {4,5}, no fixed slot), and
         exhaustive enumeration of ALL total equivariant assignments.
     I3  SLOT-LOCAL WEIGHTED IDENTITY candidates: weights w(S) =
         prod_i c_{m_i}(X_i) over the occupancy pattern m (m_i = #
         gammas of slot i in S), generating function
         N(X) = [t^4] prod_i (c_0(X_i) + 2 t c_1(X_i) + t^2 c_2(X_i));

         (1, x^2, x^2) }; test N(X) == p4(X) symbolically (general and
         traceless) and numerically at the frozen X.
     I4 PARTIAL miss-slot map (reported honestly): the 80 type-
         (1,1,1,1) subsets (one gamma from each of 4 slots) map
         canonically to their MISSED slot with uniform fiber 2^4 = 16;
         this matches X_i^4 = 16 exactly on the three colour slots and
         fails on the weak slots (81 != 16); deficit 2*65 = 130 = 10
         (type (2,2)) + 120 (type (2,1,1)) pair-containing subsets.
     I5  alphabet reading (recorded): p4 = sum_i |X_i|^4 = # of pairs
         (slot i, 4-letter word over an alphabet of size |X_i|); the
         gamma pairs provide alphabet size 2 on every slot, so no
         canonical alphabet-3 structure exists on the weak slots in
         the frozen corpus objects.
     RULE (frozen): a canonical bijection/weighted identity from the
     frozen list certifies [E neu]; if ALL frozen candidates fail, the
     210 is typed DECORATIVE (audit fingerprint at counting level).
 S4  occupancy census: 210 = 10 (type (2,2)) + 120 (type (2,1,1)) +
     80 (type (1,1,1,1)); tower check 1 + 45 + 210 = 256 = 16^2,
     C(10,2) = 45, C(10,4) = 210.

MUST-FAIL CONTROLS (frozen):
 C1  non-traceless X' = (-2,-2,-2,3,4): the 3-Sigma identity usage
     breaks (residual (sum X')^2 = 1 != 0) and the master-moment
     census != 120.
 C2  mutated X'' = (-2,-2,-2,3,2): p4 = 145 != 210 and the
     characteristic polynomial deviates from the frozen one.

KILLS:
 K1 any S1 census/identity fails (moments, symbolic identity, chain).
 K2 the characteristic polynomial or the elementary symmetric values
     deviate.
 (S3 has NO kill: either outcome of the 210 decision is the
  deliverable; S4 occupancy arithmetic failing is K1-grade.)

VERDICTS (frozen): MOMENT-INCIDENCE-EXACT (S1+S2 green AND a frozen
210-candidate certifies a canonical map) / MOMENT-INCIDENCE-PARTIAL
(S1+S2 green, ALL frozen 210-candidates fail -> 210 decorative) /
MOMENT-INCIDENCE-DEAD (K1 or K2 fires) / TEST-VOID (a must-fail
control does not fire).

HONESTY FENCE: exact integer/symbolic algebra; the moment derivation
reproduces the certified 120 from K5 incidence [E neu candidate]; the
15/10/60 charpoly coefficients and the Newton tie are audit
fingerprints [C]; 72 is audit-only with NO morphism; the 210 decision
is preregistered with either outcome acceptable. No physics claim, no
marker move; ROOTCLASS-MIXED (v775) untouched.
