Original claim text

LEAN 4 FORMALISATION of the applicability ledger (2026-06-30; the kernel-hardening of v441/SEAM.EQUIV.APPLICABILITY.01) -- new module TfptCarrier/SeamApplicabilityLedger.lean, lake build OK, #print axioms CLEAN. It turns the audit COUNT into a kernel-checked combinatorial fact: of the 12 cited-theorem hypotheses (MMST/NPW26/Adamo, mirrored from the v441 LEDGER in order), exactly 11 are TFPT-internal and exactly 1 external -- [F] total_count=12, [F] internal_count=11, [F] external_count=1, bundled as audit, ALL with NO axioms (pure kernel decide on a 12-element List of an inductive Src with derived DecidableEq); plus [F] mmst_range (rank<=c<=D reads 8<=8<=16) and [F] npw_outside_bucket (detE8=1 != detAnyon=4), also axiom-free. The single external fact -- the continuum existence of the chiral massless scaling limit -- is the named axiom ContinuumChiralScalingLimit; keystoneReducesToOneFact pins SEAM.EQUIV.01's external dependence to EXACTLY that one fact (+ the cited keystone_from_existence, already pinned in SeamScalingLimit/FORM.SEAM.MMST.01). So the very bookkeeping the reviewer worry is about (11 internal, 1 external) is itself machine-verified; no sorry. Mirrors v441.

Location recorded in the ledger

These document locations are recorded directly on the ledger row. They are document level navigation, rather than a newly inferred section citation.

Sections that explicitly cite this claim

A literal claim identifier is present in these paper sections. The section and its premises determine what the citation supports.

Registered verification modules

No separate module is linked in this claim record. This is a coverage statement, not a verdict about its truth.

A registered module is a source reference. Its presence does not assert that the module was executed in this snapshot.
