pulsar glitch recoveryno TFPT recovery-kernel signature in pulsar glitches across all channels. (PG.01) glitch sizes show real log-periodic structure, but it is the known two-population BIMODALITY (vanishes under the population-controlled null) -- NOT a kernel comb; (PG.02/03) the decisive per-pulsar kernel ladders are null; (PG.04) the recovery fraction Q is not at phi0-multiples, and the multi-component tau_d ratios match neither the (3/2)^k ladder nor the det'-clean 2-mode bend 2.7095 (the correct v124 candidate) -- though the WALL holds (45/46 glitches need <=2 decay modes, consistent with the n=N_fam=3 pole). This mirrors the FRB energy-cascade result (generic discreteness, not kernel-specific) -- a clean cross-domain NULL. The exact clock is WALLED (2 modes + floor, not an infinite ladder), so sustained DSI needs a cascade; the open, more-sensitive probe is the fixed-ratio (2.7095) two-exponential recovery WAVEFORM template (matched filter), not summary Q/tau_d (see quantum-testbed QT.04).

qgeo eit soffANALOG CHANNEL VALIDATED on real measured hardware (H1+H2): the homogeneous tank realises a mu4-block-diagonal measured boundary operator at the instrument floor (S_off = 7.6e-05, clock commutator 1.5e-02, reciprocity 5.3e-03 -- the measured analog of the sigma~1e-3 dial in qgeo_soff_reconstruction.py); all 28 anisotropic (off-center) targets LEAK with the generic isotropic signature (forbidden fraction 0.87-1.00, expected ~0.8 = 12/15), and NONE fakes a mu4 positive (fraction -> 0); the 9 centered/annular targets are rotation-invariant-like and correctly sit near the floor (photo-verified refinement of the v1 H2 wording, on record). The decisive mu4-POSITIVE 4-inclusion configuration (large anisotropy, forbidden fraction -> floor) is NOT in the archive: preregistered as the future measurement (H3, data_limited). Firewall: instrument validation of the S_off observable, never TFPT evidence.

quantum testbedthe frozen kernel is carried by the QUANTUM dynamics, as a *dynamical* signature, not a static ratio: (QT.01) the entanglement spectrum reproduces the kernel exactly (surprisals 6 ln(3/2), 6 ln3; protected DFS mode; I_n=(2/3)^{6n}); (QT.02) a geometric ladder relaxes log-periodically at omega=2pi/ln lambda with exp(-pi^2/ln lambda)-suppressed amplitude (detectable only for the coarse (3/2)^6, p=0.002; invisible for 3/2, p=0.973); (QT.04) but the EXACT clock (v124) is WALLED -- a single recovery is two modes + a protected floor with the det'-clean bend rate ratio 2.7095=ln3/ln(3/2) and NO third mode (pole at n=3), so sustained DSI needs a cascade. The sharp, falsifiable waveform signature is therefore: a fixed-ratio (2.7095) two-exponential recovery template with a non-decaying floor -- a matched filter on recovery WAVEFORMS (FRB tails, pulsar nu(t), GW ringdown residuals), not size histograms. (QT.05) the discrete->dynamic completion (v241-243) adds a DIFFERENT signature class: discrete statistical phases -- spin in units of pi/4 (8th roots), braiding in pi/2, with a dominant m=2 fermion sector (theta=-1) and c=8 -- reinterpreting the FRB.08 'm=2' as the PREDICTED fermion mode. Internal-consistency, no data.
