Original claim text

STATIC->DYNAMIC FLIP (2026-06-17): the seam's modular flow (reversible) and its recovery channel read as a Markov/Lindblad generator (irreversible), with the dissipative gap EQUAL to the OS mass gap -- the point where the static compiler becomes a dynamics. Companion to v196/v198 (modular) and v221/v64 (recovery), which state the structure STATICALLY (a commutator, a contraction bound, a mass-gap number); this reads the SAME objects DYNAMICALLY. (1) [E] MODULAR FLOW = REVERSIBLE GENERATOR: sigma_t = e^{i t Lambda_Sigma} is a unitary one-parameter group (Tomita-Takesaki); the mu4 clock is conserved, rho sigma_t rho^{-1} = sigma_t for all t <=> [rho,Lambda_Sigma]=0 (the v198 state-invariance), so the static v198 commutator IS the conservation law of modular time. (2) [E] RECOVERY = DISSIPATIVE GENERATOR: L = log T is real-symmetric with off-diagonals >= 0 and zero row/column sums (a doubly-stochastic / CPTP-classical Markov generator); e^{L*1} = T reproduces the v221 channel and e^{L tau} -> the rank-1 democratic projector (the arrow of time, matching v64's T^n -> projector). (3) [E] KEYSTONE: the dissipative spectral gap = -log((2/3)^6) = 6 log(3/2) = the OS/RP mass gap Delta (v64) -- the STATIC recovery bound (2/3)^6 (v221) and the DYNAMICAL mass gap (v64) are ONE number, one exponentiated. (4) [E] GKSL split: G = i Lambda_Sigma + L has reversible (imaginary) + dissipative (real <= 0, gapped) spectrum. NEG: a mu4-breaking Lambda breaks conservation; a free rate r != (2/3)^6 breaks the gap identity. (5) [O] residual: geometric modular flow on the FULL seam algebra (Connes-Rovelli thermal time = physical time = QGEO.SYM.01, v198) and the continuum embedding beyond the finite block -- a target, not a closure

Original classification detail

[E] finite block: modular flow = reversible unitary group with mu4 conserved <=> [rho,Lambda]=0; L = log T a doubly-stochastic generator with e^{L}=T; dissipative gap = -log((2/3)^6) = 6 log(3/2) = OS mass gap (v64); GKSL split. [O] geometric modular flow on the full seam algebra (= QGEO.SYM.01) and the continuum embedding -- a target, not a closure

Location recorded in the ledger

These document locations are recorded directly on the ledger row. They are document level navigation, rather than a newly inferred section citation.

Sections that explicitly cite this claim

A literal claim identifier is present in these paper sections. The section and its premises determine what the citation supports.

Navigation through a shared verification script

These sections cite a script associated with the claim. This is a source navigation join, rather than an explicit citation of the claim or a theorem equivalence.

    DYN.SEMIGROUP.01 — the STATIC→DYNAMIC flip: the seam's modular flow (reversible) and its recovery channel read as a Markov/Lindblad generator (irreversible), with the dissipative gap = the OS mass gap. Companion to v196/v198 (modular) and v221/v64 (recovery), which state the structure statically; this reads the SAME objects dynamically. [E] the modular flow σ_t=e^{i t Λ_Σ} is a unitary one-parameter group (Tomita–Takesaki) and the µ4 clock is conserved ⟺ [ρ,Λ_Σ]=0 (the v198 state-invariance), so the static commutator IS the conservation law of modular time. [E] L=log T is a doubly-stochastic/CPTP-classical generator (off-diagonals ≥0, zero row sums), e^{L}=T, and e^{Lτ}→ the democratic projector (the arrow of time, cf. v64's Tⁿ→projector). [E] KEYSTONE: the dissipative gap = −log((2/3)⁶) = 6 log(3/2) = the OS mass gap Δ (v64) — the static recovery bound and the dynamical mass gap are ONE number, one exponentiated. [E] GKSL split (imaginary + real≤0 spectrum); NEG controls on µ4 and the rate. [O] geometric modular flow on the full seam algebra (Connes–Rovelli thermal time = QGEO.SYM.01, v198) — a target, not a closure.
