Original claim text

THE F_TRANSFER DISCIPLINE GUARD (a CI-style firewall check, the machine-readable form of the Frontier rule; external-review proposal 2026-06-14): the four continuous-transfer frontier observables -- Koide (FR.KOIDE.*), eta_B (FR.ETAB.*), the axion relic (FR.DM.*), and m_p/m_e + Lambda_QCD (FR.MPME.*, QCD.LAMBDA.*) -- must NEVER be typed as primitive [E]/[N] compiler predictions; each must carry a conditional [C] / anchor-open [A]/[O] marker. The guard reads status_ledger.csv and enforces it (all active frontier prediction rows pass; exact algebraic SUB-parts may be [I]/[E] -- the Koide 53/54 factor v183, b3=-7 v159 -- but the PHYSICAL prediction never is). Records the four explicit interfaces: F_pole (source masses->pole, Koide v183), F_Boltzmann (CP source->eta_B, v169/v184), F_relic ((f_a,m_a,theta_i,N_DW)->Omega_a, v185), F_QCD ((alpha_s,b3,Lambda_QCD,lattice)->m_p/m_e, v164). Confirms the raster rule + frozen registry (REG.FREEZE.01) + null model (AUDIT.NULLMC.01) bind, so the frontier transfers stay OUTSIDE the closed dimensionless compiler. Prevents any future edit from quietly promoting a pretty frontier number to a closed compiler output. Python-only

Location recorded in the ledger

These document locations are recorded directly on the ledger row. They are document level navigation, rather than a newly inferred section citation.

Sections that explicitly cite this claim

A literal claim identifier is present in these paper sections. The section and its premises determine what the citation supports.

Navigation through a shared verification script

These sections cite a script associated with the claim. This is a source navigation join, rather than an explicit citation of the claim or a theorem equivalence.

the F_transfer discipline guard (CI-style firewall, the machine-readable form of the Frontier rule): the four continuous-transfer frontier observables — Koide (FR.KOIDE.*), η_B (FR.ETAB.*), axion (FR.DM.*), m_p/m_e+Λ_QCD (FR.MPME.*/QCD.LAMBDA.*) — must NEVER be typed as primitive [E]/[N] compiler predictions; each must carry a [C]/[A]/[O] marker. Reads the ledger and enforces it (all active frontier rows pass; exact algebraic sub-parts like Koide 53/54 v183 or b3=−7 v159 may be [I]/[E], the physical prediction never is). Records the four interfaces F_pole/F_Boltzmann/F_relic/F_QCD and that the raster rule + frozen registry + null model bind — preventing any future edit from quietly promoting a pretty frontier number to a closed compiler output.
