Original claim text

The KMS Entire Hessian (2026-06-23): the Stelle ghost is EXACTLY the Seeley-DeWitt truncation, and resummation pushes it to infinity -- upgrading v304/v370 from the ASSUMPTION 'the resummed graviton form factor is entire' to a DERIVED truncation-artefact + decoupling statement. [E] SEAM CUTOFF -> ENTIRE FORM FACTOR: f(u)=e^{-u} (the beta=1 seam KMS weight, v259) gives the dressed spin-2 propagator e^{-p^2/M^2}/p^2 = 1/(p^2 a) with kinetic form factor a(u)=e^u (u=p^2/M^2) entire and nowhere zero (Weierstrass), so the ONLY pole is p^2=0 (the healthy graviton), no ghost. [E] EACH FINITE TRUNCATION CARRIES THE GHOST: the Seeley-DeWitt truncations are the Taylor partial sums T_n of e^u; the local R+R^2 order T_1=1+u has the Stelle ghost zero u=-1 (p^2=-M^2), the Weyl^2 order T_2=1+u+u^2/2 the complex pair -1+-i; every finite truncation has a zero, the entire a has none. [E] THE GHOST DECOUPLES: the modulus of the nearest zero of T_n grows MONOTONICALLY with n (1, sqrt2, 1.60, 1.95, 2.18, 2.51, 2.76, 3.07 for n=1..8) -> infinity, so keeping more heat-kernel orders pushes the spurious pole to infinity -- 'entire' = 'do not truncate the heat kernel'. [C] => perturbative graviton unitarity (the KMS Entire Hessian theorem), upgrading the v304/v370 [C] assumption. [O] the identification of a(Box)=e^{Box/M^2} with the EXACT off-shell curved-space graviton Hessian of Tr e^{-D^2/Lambda^2} is the cited heat-kernel resummation (Tomboulis 1997 / Biswas-Mazumdar-Siegel); perturbative-only, not the non-perturbative ambient measure (QG.AMB.01).

Original classification detail

[E] the truncation-artefact mechanism (each finite Taylor truncation of e^u has a zero, e^u has none) + the decoupling (nearest truncation-zero modulus grows monotonically with order); [C] the identification with the full off-shell curved-space Hessian (cited heat-kernel resummation); [O] perturbative-only. Closes the v304/v370 analyticity gap at the truncation-tower level; does NOT change QG.AMB.01.

These document locations are recorded directly on the ledger row. They are document level navigation, rather than a newly inferred section citation.

Sections that explicitly cite this claim

A literal claim identifier is present in these paper sections. The section and its premises determine what the citation supports.

Navigation through a shared verification script

These sections cite a script associated with the claim. This is a source navigation join, rather than an explicit citation of the claim or a theorem equivalence.

The KMS Entire Hessian -- the Stelle ghost is EXACTLY the Seeley-DeWitt truncation, and resummation pushes it to infinity (upgrades v304/v370 from 'assume entire' to a derived statement). [E] the seam KMS cutoff f(u)=e^{-u} (v259) gives the dressed spin-2 propagator e^{-p^2/M^2}/p^2 = 1/(p^2 a) with a(u)=e^u entire & nowhere zero => only the p^2=0 pole (no ghost). [E] each finite truncation carries the ghost: the R+R^2 order T_1=1+u has the Stelle zero u=-1, the Weyl^2 order T_2=1+u+u^2/2 the pair -1+-i; the entire a has none. [E] the ghost DECOUPLES: |nearest zero| of T_n grows monotonically with n (1,1.41,...,3.07 for n=1..8) -> infinity, so 'entire' = 'do not truncate'. [C] => perturbative graviton unitarity. [O] the exact off-shell curved-space Hessian identification is the cited heat-kernel resummation; perturbative-only, not the non-perturbative measure.
