Under the actual Ward premise, BRST-closed physical source words satisfy partial_t I_t(F)=-I_t(s(dotPsi_t F))=0 when S_t=S_inv+sPsi_t. Whole physical source response and corresponding bound reference quotient are independent of this representation choice. An undisplayed gauge fermion is no evidence of an additional unselected physical coupling. Individual background-dependent ghost determinants need not cancel pointwise.

Gauge-fixed representation S_t=S_inv+sPsi_t uses the same integration basis; physical source words considered are BRST closed. A merely formal nilpotent operator does not establish these hypotheses.
