the rare kaon sector K → π ν ν̄ from the TFPT CKM point ([C] downstream flavor readout, NOT a compiler power). The kernel fixes the full CKM matrix (s₁₂=λ_C, s₂₃=φ₀/(1+λ_C)=|V_cb|, s₁₃=λ_C³/3, δ=π/3+3λ_C²=1.19823 rad; v18/v88) with no flavor fit; feeding the exact point into the standard Brod–Gorbahn–Stamou short-distance formulas gives BR(K⁺→π⁺νν̄)=9.45×10⁻¹¹ and BR(K_L→π⁰νν̄)=3.33×10⁻¹¹. [I] CKM point + exact apex (ρ̄,η̄)=(0.1374,0.3509), λ_t=V_ts*V_td; [C] the branching ratios (NOT parameter-free — X_t, P_c, κ_± are external EW/QCD input); [N] BR(K⁺)=9.45×10⁻¹¹ lands ON the NA62 2016-2024 combination (9.6 +1.9/-1.8)×10⁻¹¹ (La Thuile 2026), +0.08σ (the 2016-2022 obs (13.0₋₃.₀⁺³·³)×10⁻¹¹ was ~1.2σ above) — a strong consistency hit, but an F_transfer bridge, not a unique TFPT-vs-SM discriminator (SM (8.6±0.4)×10⁻¹¹ also inside the NA62 error); [I] Grossman–Nir ratio 0.352 ≪ 4.3; [X] dated kill test: a stable NA62 BR(K⁺) outside [7,12]×10⁻¹¹, or a KOTO-II BR(K_L) off the GN point, breaks the flavor bridge (core untouched).
