The dual normal frame (d,n): one boundary compass for flavor+horizon, with CP as orientation. d=aᵀR⁻¹=aᵀL⁻¹=(−1/2,−1/2,1)=−½(1,1,−2) (the Nariai/horizon normal; d·1=0, d·a=1); n=(5,−9,6) with nᵀR=(det R,0,0)=(8,0,0), nᵀL=(20,0,0) (first-generation/torsion selector). Oriented volume det(1,d,n)=21=N_fam·scalaron. CP as orientation: Im det(1,d,ρn)=21 sin(π/3) for ρ=e^{iπ/3} — CP sits where the magnitude bijection (Target D) fails.
