SEAM.RIGIDITY.FORCING.01: the rigidity FORCING theorem -- upgrades v442's 'block-diagonal PERMITS commuting' to 'commuting with the order-4 clock FORCES block-diagonal', isolating the single remaining physical premise. [E] FORCING (commute <=> block-diagonal, EXACT): for rho=diag(i^n), [rho,K]=0 iff K_ij=0 whenever i!=j mod 4 -- entrywise, swept N=4..128 (the converse of v442). [E] EXACT COMMUTANT DIMENSION: dim{K:[rho,K]=0}=sum_s n_s^2 (ad_rho nullspace), a PROPER subspace of the N^2 algebra (N=16: 64<256). [E] OFF-BLOCK <=> NON-COMMUTING: every off-block E_ij has ||[rho,E_ij]||>=sqrt(2)>0 -- zero slack. [E] THE ORDER IS THE DISCRIMINATOR: order-4 gives 4 sectors, order-2 a STRICTLY LARGER commutant -- the four marks force strictly more structure than two; only index-4 is (E8)_1 (det 1; v281/v154/v351). [E] NONDEGENERACY: exactly 4 distinct eigenvalues for all N>=4. [C] SYNTHESIS: commuting with the order-4 clock is EQUIVALENT to mu4-block-diagonality, so RP-definability (v54/v398) + clock-invariance FORCE block-diagonal Lambda_Sigma. [C]/[O] the residual is now precisely 'transfer in commutant' (clock-invariance, v323/v335); SEAM.EQUIV.01 stays [O]. Python-only (numpy).
