GRAV.ENTROPIC.SCALEFLOW.01: the scale-flow representation of the entropic action -- v475's surviving interpretation 3 typed precisely: the (72/17)(8 pi)^9 gap collapses to ONE moment condition on the scale weight, satisfied by the SAME KMS moment TFPT already fixes (v36 f0 <-> M^2 = c3^7 Mbar^2); zero new dials, nothing closes. [E] scale-flow identity: -ln A = flat scale-integral of relative heat-kernel actions (Frullani symbolic + 1e-20 quadrature of the chi-form) -- TFPT's S_rel,chi evaluates ONE KMS scale with a weight: the bridge is a choice of scale measure. [E] moment dictionary: weight w(t) dt/t gives 3 beta R mu1 + (17/24) beta^2 R^2 mu2; flat weight = unit moments = the v475 raw coefficients. [E] the one moment condition: demanding m^2 = c3^7 Mbar^2 forces exactly mu2/mu1^2 = (72/17)(8 pi)^9 -- the kill-test number IS a moment ratio, and the closure (4608 pi^2/17)/((72/17)(8 pi)^9) = c3^7 holds identically: the 13 orders are a scale-measure datum, not a bridge mismatch. [E] v36 consistency: same mass from f0 = 6(4 pi)^2/c3^7 -- one KMS moment, two parametrisations. [C] consistency not derivation (the weight is TFPT input); negative side-record: the exact lattice-BW commutator attempt for AP2 did not hold in simple forms (logged, kept out). [O] unchanged.
