DIAMOND.PARA.SELFCODE.01: the parabolic anchor self-code (external review 2026-07-31, audited and promoted) — the v218 sheet-diamond direction operators U = Q·diag(1,0,0), V = Q·diag(0,1,1) generate the FULL 2|1 parabolic (line-stabiliser) algebra A (dim 7, word determinant −81, multiplicatively closed, mutation-fragile); the anchor a = (1,1,2) is the spectrum of H = I + V(V−I)/2 (dominant Lagrange projector, idempotent, trace 1), and χ_H = x³ − 4x² + 5x − 2 carries the DOUBLE self-code: (4,5,2) = (|μ₄|, g_car, |Z₂|) = (flag dim_R(GL₃/P), Levi dim(A/J) = 2²+1², radical dim J) — the anchor reproduced spectrally through V and categorically through A; the UNIQUENESS THEOREM: x³ − 2mx² + (m²+1)x − m = (x−m)(x²−mx+1), all-positive-integer spectra force m = 2 — a = (1,1,2) is the only member this parabolic family can code; the 81 as a lattice index: the SATURATED integral order Z⟨U,V⟩ has elementary divisors (1,1,1,3,3,3,3) — index 3⁴ = 81 = the v218 determinant-staircase sum (global determinant charge = integral saturation index; mark-local mechanism [O]); the A2 bit carrier: the basic algebra is the A2 path algebra with Ext¹ = 1 — exactly two module classes (split / one nonsplit): the alignment bit gains a canonical algebra carrier (selection stays with RP/geometry); the trace code p_n(a) = 1 + tr(Vⁿ) with 240 and rank 8 as trace readouts (typed re-encoding of AnchorLadder); the CR = 4/3 preregistered test design for CONTRACT.F.01 (universal-progression honesty wired; negative control 28/25; y_F forced fit-free); and the Lorentz/relative-pencil form of the Paper-II rank-3 classification (eigenvalue locking as the named instrument). NO P2 reduction — the 'No Carrier Reconstruction' audit is the named [O] door; the 2..9 table typed as compression (14 checks, ~1 s)
