QGEO.QRECON.01: the No-Carrier-Reconstruction audit, Stage A — can Q (hence V and the v566 anchor self-code) be reconstructed WITHOUT carrier/anchor inputs? The circularity located: v11's uniqueness certificate uses row sums (4,5,6), column sums (9,5,1) and chi_Q with its 5 = g_car — all FORBIDDEN here. Allowed: the sheet involution, the winding normalisation Q(I+Σ) = 2N_fam·W, the A3 exponent spectrum {1,2,3}, the sheet-monodromy budget Q₋² = N_fam·P, nonneg integrality, the seam-line demand, and one family invariant (saturation index 81). Results (exact enumeration): 52 admissible → 28 parabolic — and ALL 28 code the SAME anchor (H' = I + Π_dom has char poly x³−4x²+5x−2, spectrum (1,1,2)): THE ANCHOR IS CARRIER-FREE; the 81-pin then selects exactly TWO members — the corpus Q (q32 = 2 = |Z2|) and its q32 = 0 twin — on which every classical carrier-free certificate coincides (anticommutator spectrum (6,−4,−2), commutator charpoly t(t²+12), det 3, saturation 81) while the ONE separating certificate is the carrier column budget (9,5,1) vs (9,3,1): exactly the forbidden input — the residual freedom is ONE binary sheet-block-coupling choice (resonance with the split/nonsplit alignment bit recorded as typed observation). Ablations: dropping the winding input widens 28 → 1376 at bound 3 (real load); bound-stable 6 → 9. Stage A only: the audit RELOCATES to GATE.QGEO.01 (derive the geometric inputs themselves) and to the binary selector; NO P2 reduction, markers untouched (9 checks, ~1 s)
