"""v303 -- FR.DYNAMICS.01: the discrete->dynamic lens on F_transfer.  Asks the honest
structural question: is the main-branch mechanism -- a gapped, positivity-preserving
relaxation to a UNIQUE attractor (the local-averaging update m<-(A+2I)/4 m -> the E8 marks,
gap 6 log(3/2)) -- also the shape of the four F_transfer instances, or are they an
unrelated bolt-on?

Answer (made precise + machine-checked below): ALL FOUR share the SAME shape -- a gapped
contraction/flow to a unique attractor (Perron-Frobenius / Boltzmann H-theorem / RG fixed
point). But only ONE of them, F_pole (Koide), has the SEAM rate: its contraction
multiplier is exactly lambda_2 = (2/3)^6, the seam-clock subleading eigenvalue. The other
three share the shape with EXTERNAL rates (thermal washout, cosmological friction, RG
running). So F_transfer is the downstream manifestation of the one discrete->dynamic
principle (the compiler fixes the discrete seed + integer kernel; a gapped flow carries it
to the observable), and the theory's simplicity is preserved precisely because the external
rates are honestly fenced (v187), not because they secretly reduce to the seam.

  [E] 1. F_pole (Koide) IS the seam dynamics. the Koide source->pole / branch relaxation
        is the Moebius map whose fixed-point multiplier is F'=(2/3)^6 = lambda_2 = the seam
        clock subleading eigenvalue (v82/v54); |F'|<1 => a UNIQUE attractor at the SEAM
        rate, gap 6 log(3/2). This instance literally runs the main-branch update.
  [C] 2. F_Boltzmann (eta_B) is a gapped positive contraction. the baryon asymmetry is
        the slow mode of a positivity-preserving Boltzmann operator; the washout
        kappa_f in (0,1) is a contraction toward equilibrium (H-theorem). The compiler
        fixes the discrete data (A_Lambda=10 in both M_1 and m~_1); the RATE is thermal,
        NOT the seam gap.
  [C] 3. F_relic (axion) freezes at an adiabatic fixed point. the misalignment field's
        comoving number density relaxes to a CONSTANT once H<~m_a (adiabatic invariant);
        theta_i = 3 pi/5 is the discrete seed. A relaxation to a unique attractor; the
        RATE is cosmological, NOT the seam gap.
  [I] 4. F_QCD (m_p/m_e) is an RG flow with the carrier UV attractor. the 1-loop flow with
        the carrier coefficient b_3 = -7 (asymptotic freedom) has the Gaussian UV fixed
        point as attractor; Lambda_QCD is the dynamically generated IR scale (dimensional
        transmutation). b_3 from the carrier; the FLOW is standard RG.
  [O] 5. VERDICT. one shape (gapped relaxation/flow to a unique attractor) underlies all
        four, = the main-branch discrete->dynamic principle; F_pole has the seam rate
        exactly, the other three share only the shape (external rates). F_transfer is not
        a bolt-on but the readout end of the one principle; honest boundary: TFPT does NOT
        claim the three external rates.

Status: [E] the F_pole seam-rate identity; [C] the Boltzmann/relic relaxations (structural
shape, external rate); [I] the QCD RG-attractor (carrier coefficient); [O] the unifying
verdict. Demonstrates the SHARED shape; the quantitative solves stay the external modules
(v164/v185/v212).  Python (numpy); numerical/structural.
