Ledger hygiene. Resolved a duplicate active claim_id: GATE.UWALL.06–09 was carried by two distinct chains. It is an ID collision (not a supersede): the monodromy/residue chain v114– v117 keeps .06–.09 (as asserted by v123_inventory_update.py and run_all.py); the older exterior-leg chain v42– v45 is renumbered to GATE.UWALL.15–.18 (internal depends_on carried along).
