These are proposed investigations, not newly completed results or launched worker tasks. Their common acceptance rule is a forward derivation without importing the desired Hamiltonian, its eigenstates or target couplings. A genuinely independently derived primitive action may itself be the Hamiltonian; it need not be artificially required to be a different object.
