Ledger CSV bug fixed + guarded. Three rows ( AX.P1.01, AX.P2.01, QGEO.ISO.01) had unquoted commas in a status/external field (e.g.\ ``a=(1,1,2)'', ``PSL(2,C)''), so a strict CSV parser read 11–12 columns instead of 10 — a real machine-readability defect in the single source of truth.
