Original ledger classification: Koide source->pole: standard QED running EXCLUDED (wrong sign) -- the transfer is the non-QED 53/54 operator/Moebius generator [E]/[C]

Original claim text

Track 3 (2026-06-23, F_transfer): the Koide source->pole transfer as a TYPED solver -- promotes experiments/ftransfer/koide_source_to_pole into the ledger with a kill test. Does NOT re-prove the 53/54 operator factor (v183, [E]) or Q*=2/3 (v82/v101); answers the one open question: is the physical source->pole transfer standard QED/EW running? A clean NEGATIVE. [E] Q_pole=Koide(PDG poles)=2/3 to 3e-6; Q_src(phi0-ladder, v93)=0.6644638 (0.33% below 2/3). [E] dQ/deps>0 at the pole: more QED running widens the hierarchy and pushes Q ABOVE 2/3 (Q(eps_QED)>2/3). [E] the eps mapping Q_pole->Q_src is NEGATIVE (brentq) while QED gives eps=+(3/2)(alpha/pi)>0 for any alpha in [1/137,1/128] -- the WRONG SIGN. [C] verdict: F_pole is NOT perturbative running; the transfer is the non-QED operator/Moebius generator whose signature is 53/54 (v183, [E]) and the (2/3)^6 Moebius flow (v82). Stays [C], sharper -- plain running is the kill (excluded).

Original classification detail

[E] the Koide coincidence + the QED-wrong-way sign + the negative required eps (PDG poles + exact ladder ratios, no fit); [C] the verdict that the true transfer is the non-QED generator. A typed solver with a kill test; does NOT promote Q_pole to [E].

Location recorded in the ledger

These document locations are recorded directly on the ledger row. They are document level navigation, rather than a newly inferred section citation.

Sections that explicitly cite this claim

A literal claim identifier is present in these paper sections. The section and its premises determine what the citation supports.

Navigation through a shared verification script

These sections cite a script associated with the claim. This is a source navigation join, rather than an explicit citation of the claim or a theorem equivalence.

Track 3 (F_transfer): the Koide source->pole transfer as a typed solver -- promotes the experiments/ftransfer solve into the ledger with a kill test (does NOT re-prove 53/54 v183 or Q*=2/3 v82/v101). [E] Q_pole=Koide(PDG poles)=2/3 to 3e-6, Q_src(phi0-ladder)=0.66446 (0.33% below). [E] QED runs the wrong way: dQ/deps>0 pushes Q ABOVE 2/3; the eps mapping Q_pole->Q_src is NEGATIVE while QED gives eps=+(3/2)(alpha/pi)>0 -- wrong sign for any alpha in [1/137,1/128]. [C] verdict: F_pole is NOT standard QED running; the transfer is the non-QED 53/54 operator / (2/3)^6 Moebius generator (v183/v82). Stays [C], plain running excluded as the kill.
