Result

Tr fprime(D)[X,D]=0 is an isospectral orbit identity, valid even at radially nonstationary backgrounds. Proposed local X=gTa generates a first-order symbol term because Ta is odd, hence is not the actual zeroth-order Higgs insertion. Entanglement first law alone selects no state/Einstein equation. Same constant96 circle source has Theta(t)~96sqrt(pi/t), unchanged in exponent by finite internal fibre or exact fold. Only named shortcuts excluded. Original common action plus exact marginalization remains constructive continuation; actual origin inputs are not supplied by this test.
