Whole local original transport operators, no newly chosen parameters. Numerical matrix diagnostics and exact rational truncation bounds are distinct. Inverse and inverse square root remain distinct; no stochastic normalization, no identification of path length with physical time and no whole S_adm field integration.

Result
Using original algebraic delta and y=1,1/3,2/3, G=aI-b(U6+U6*) gives whole oriented-walk weights a^-1(b/a)^n for G^-1 and binomial(2n,n)/(4^n sqrt(a))(b/a)^n for G^-1/2. All six matrix cases checked against the original v17 six-cycle. Rational intervals and tail bounds certify both operator remainders below1e-35. Absolute Green Perron factors6.0450950481,14.7992798512,185.6664720229 are retained.
