Under the extra same-angle identification,64 m residues contain exactly8 native quarter characters,permutations(2,2,2,0) and(1,1,1,3),with minimum h norm12. Earlier simple A/B lifts fail this quarter test. For whole C12 every pure weak clutch fixes at least32 weight-one directions versus22 native;all1728 classes fail.
