QGEO.MODULAR.01 — cracking the bedrock to a state-invariance. The v194 residual ([ρ,Λ_Σ]=0 on full L², framed as Bisognano–Wichmann with a circularity worry) is (a) made EXACT at the principal-symbol level and (b) reduced via Tomita–Takesaki to a clean state-invariance. [E] the DtN principal symbol |k|=√(−d²) is diag(|n|) and the clock ρ:z↦iz is diag(i^n) in the Fourier basis — both diagonal ⇒ [ρ,|k|]=0 exactly on ALL of L²; [E] Tomita–Takesaki: [ρ,Λ_Σ]=0 follows from ω∘ρ=ω (modular Δ is intrinsic to (M,Ω); a state-preserving symmetry commutes with it), needing NO conformal covariance — removes the BW circularity; [E] the finite H¹ block is already μ4-invariant (v177). [O] residual: the full raw seam state is μ4-invariant (ω∘ρ=ω) ⇐ the Gaussian bulk measure is deck-invariant = operational QGEO.SYM.01. Sharpest non-circular form; not a closure (a foundational symmetry can't be derived from nothing).
