Requires actual finite separating label tuples and positive P_V; identical incomplete tuples give blocks only. Constructive execution of the existing Burnside proof, not new physical completion. Label projectors are not automatically local physical fields or actual transfer/Kraus amplitudes. The old penalty boundary remains valid; no new universal Boltzmann or d_r requirement.

Result
Source45 QFT004 uses common eigenspaces of a separating diagonal family. Finite Lagrange projectors recover E_w from the actual complete labels. With strictly positive P_V, E_u P_V E_v/(P_V)_uv gives all matrix units. The missing additional symbol d_r(w) is not an open hypothesis for this algebra closure.
