Native Pauli F20 and cyclotomic four match metrically with quarter lift
In the question: Common clock sectors, quartic geometry and operational reconstruction
Earlier reasoning was too narrow in conflating old noncentral v419 clock with separate scalar hypercharge U5. Available carrier subgroup and metric representation are now explicit. Original physical subgroup selection, full field dictionary and channel equality do not follow. Choi ranks15 and5 remain different.

Actual v783 words yield C_p=-i(I⊗H)CNOT(S⊗I)(H⊗I),G_p=(Y⊗Z)CNOT(I⊗S)(S⊗I),C_p^5=G_p^4=I and G_p C_p G_p^-1=C_p². Complete Pauli16×mu8 search at fixed C_p yields exactly four mu4-equivalent G corrections. Explicit four-intertwiner T to v419 satisfies both generator equations and T†T=2(5I-J),with dimension-one intertwiner space. G_p has conformal symplectic multiplier i; existing mu8 lift zeta8^-1G_p is symplectic order8. Quarter character makes Sym²4 and Lambda²Perm5 isomorphic F20 modules. Merely imposing F20 leaves ten-dimensional commutant M2(C)+C+C,dimension6.
Required assumptions
- Do not identify source types
Observable algebra, OS reflection, state, collar operator, time evolution, carrier connection, family holonomy, and readout are distinct data until an original map relates them.
- Original Pauli and v419 F20 source words
Use frozen v783 two-qubit Clifford generators, existing Pauli16 and central mu8, and actual cyclotomic v419 C5,G matrices. A constructed source-word F20 subgroup is available; its physical seam selection is not assumed.
